One license per organization, counted by registers and stores; users are unlimited. Prices are in US dollars per month, before tax. Card processing is between you and your processor — we take no share.

Pilots and the trial
12 months free for 5–10 named pilot stores in exchange for a case study and feedback. Every registration also gets 60 days of every module once, then keeps Starter.
White label
The apps and the customer app under your brand, with a public API of the brand: $199 per brand per month plus $499 to set up.

Self-hosted key without support
$490 per register per year and $390 per further store's hub per year, with updates and security patches for the term and no SLA; a one-off incident costs $250. A perpetual license is 2.5 times the yearly key, with updates after the first year at 20 % of it per year.

Paid plans go on sale online once payment opens; Paddle will sell as the merchant of record and add sales tax or VAT where it applies. Until then we issue keys to the pilots we approve: write to sales.
Prices are not in the key: the key you hold keeps its term and limits whatever this page says later.
